Saprina was very sensitive to my emotions throughout the arduous process of buying a home. She listened and had regular conversations with me. She even gave me champagne flutes to celebrate at my closing since I had been saying I would have a bottle of champagne in my new house. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

We couldn’t have found a better realtor than Saprina. She is not only everything you would want in a realtor, but also everything you didn’t know you wanted in a realtor! She helped us find our home while we were several states away. For months, she videoed several homes for us, endured three bad inspections, after which we had to back out, and not once lost her cool or was anything other than composed and on top of things. She was always one step ahead, extremely responsive, so pleasant and kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely invested in our happiness. She took the time to really get to know us, our likes and dislikes, and consistently went above and beyond. We are forever grateful for Saprina!

Saprina Bowman was friendly, professional, and helpful and every way.

We worked together for around 3 Months. It was constant searching, we would have weeks where it was 2-4 houses that we'd see almost every day. All in all we probably saw around 50 or so houses. In every single one she was professional and trying to see what I liked or disliked about the property to better search for houses in the future. I never had a problem contacting her or working out when to see a house with her. She would go over all the details of each offer with me and give advice on how it may be considered by the sellers. It was a great experience, and I ended up finally purchasing a great house with her assistance.
